Terms and conditions for Aceik public training courses


The fine print

A. PAYMENT

Aceik will issue an Invoice for Training Services immediately following approval of the registration(s). Payment terms are 30 days from issue of said Invoice.

B. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellation of seat(s) on a public course or cancellation of a private course must be made in writing no less than ten business days before the course is scheduled to commence. Seat(s) or private courses cancelled before this time will receive a credit to be used for future training. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.

Aceik reserves the right to cancel or postpone training courses. When courses are cancelled Aceik will provide the customer with a credit to be used for future training.

Transfers to a later course will be accepted up to ten business days before the start date of the course. Transfer requests received after this time will not be accepted.

Substitutions will be accepted up to five business days before the start date of the course. Substitution requests received after this time will not be accepted.

If a participant does not attend a course and Aceik was not informed within the timeframe above the full amount for the course remains payable.

C. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All ownership rights and intellectual property rights including training materials are owned by Aceik. Materials shall not be reproduced, published or used to create derived works in any form without the express prior consent of Aceik.
